I really loved the music choices, and the acting and cinematography were beyond my expectations-truly pleasing and aesthetic. While the script was decent, some unnecessary scenes disrupted the experience for me. However, I still enjoyed the romance and chemistry between the demon and human characters, and the love story overall. The costumes and makeup were also impressive. Although some parts of the movie were confusing, it's still worth watching once, especially if you enjoy Chinese mythology and demon dramas.
II must say, the music was fitting and complemented the film well. I really liked the idea and script of the movie. The cinematography was decent for its time, and the costumes and acting were very professional. Overall, it's enjoyable to watch once. If you're into Chinese mythology and enjoy demon drama stories, this film is for you-especially if you like demon romance.
Its difficult to watch this now in 2025 but overall its good and safe movie for children 4-3 age. It is classic and nostalgic in general for most older people.. Ithas great effects for 1985 movie and deserves praise.. The little girl acting is really cute and good too well done. If u are searching for kids movie that brings 80s dark fantasy and has adventure vibe then this is fir yah.
