Don't believe the hype. My daughter and I are big fans of scary movies and we had such high hopes for this one...rented it on saturday and watched 2/3 of the movie and then turned it off because it was just not scary or interesting. We found outselves started talking about other things, the movie was not catching our interest. Watched the last 1/3 of the film on sunday and nothing more to add, still not scary. What was the point with that mask and why no back story about the killer? Actually bad acting from Hawke and the kids. It was just dull and lame and weird in a bad way with no explainations. The only thing I liked was the wardrobe, very realistic clothes from the 70's.

The guy who applies as Chandlers roommate with long hair and glasses. Is that Tag? Also the couch in Monicas apartment. Is that the "pivot" couch? If someone knows, give a thumb up.
