5 Centimeter per Second, we all know it is impossible to fall in 5 centimeter per second rate for a cherry petal. so it will take 61 seconds to fall a cherry petals to the ground(across for 10 feet trees). So it may sound bogus to you but isn't it symbolizes the whole story plot quite perfectly? The main character took to much time in accomplishing his position in society, as for when he returns to fulfill his promise to his beloved, it is indeed too late. She already left in flow of time and their love already lost in passage of time. The futile reality that pursues us for the love distance relationship is indeed presented perfectly by Senki. It is absolutely brilliant for him along with all the theories of mortal love to bind it in a 1 hour film. Many of you can call it boring but it is indeed a venerable film on account of the so called subject matter.

Revealing the climax portion of a film beforehand, can be harmful for its potential indeed. But this film uses this very contradicting subject as its plus point and soothingly composed the whole plot at its maximum. The title, thus being bizarre, may caught the viewer's eyes at some of the extent but the metaphor it conducts, is really to be the best along its genre. The whole animation extended to the fantasy world which perfectly brought up the bottling emotions of the including characters. Maybe the smooth flow of the story development can be cliche to the viewers but the whole-flow made the film quite interesting. We can easily accept the fantasy world of emotions, as our realistic mind's inner commotions. 'Living with Dying' - can you find a better explanation of this film than these 3 words???

Watching this film, can be time-wasting to some but to me it is the whole world of bittersweet emotions, that no one can actually relate.

Yeah I did when I watched it and that moment when penalty strikes, I become restless. In my mind I continually thanking my own mother time and time again. I should tell you and you can't find an alternative of this episode in your whole life, just like as you can't find an alternative of your own mother.
