Unlike most YouTube series, this one has good editing, sound mixing and jokes. My complaints are regarding the lack of memorable characters (other than the main man himself) and the somewhat juvenile nature of the videos.
Sonic the hedgehog is a character whose popularity was on the decline after the early 2000s as result of mediocre TV shows and even worse game outings.
However, this little mini series has injected the hedgehog with same infectious energy which defined earlier. There are no sub plots, confusing back stories or annoying chatter. Just you and this little hedgehog on a fun rollercoaster ride through colourful pastures and equally rich characters. This mini series will entertain sonic die hards and casual binge watchers alike.
