I didn't expect much from this film, but, boy, was I wrong. It was great! I enjoyed it much more than I thought I would. It was a great treat for the whole family, and we look forward to a sequel.
I didn't have high hopes for this, but I didn't expect it to be as bad as it is. Wow. The songs aren't catchy at all, the actors don't act or sound anything like in the cartoon, and the attempts at comedy are ridiculous. The guy who plays plankton??! I mean, come on. Absolute waste of DVR space. My son was so excited for this, and it was a huge let down. I'm just glad we didn't pay to see it in person.
My five year old and I had been looking forward to this episode for months and it did not disappoint! Henry Danger The Musical was everything we expected and more. The songs are incredibly catchy and we've been singing them nonstop for days. "There's a musical curse over Swellview!" The story line is excellent as well. Frankie Grande reprising his roll as Frankini made the episode. He's such a fabulous villain, definitely one of the show's best. My son set it to DVR and has watched it over and over again. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who loves Henry Danger or musicals. It's the best of both worlds!
