We knew a dirty cop would be involved from the beginning because there have been so many episodes like that on this show.
Colby used to be one of my favorites but this episode soured him. You mean to tell me that a man who managed to be a triple agent for years couldn't resist a witness? Not likely. It was gross.

Overall I enjoyed the show. I loved the friendship between Jane and Maura. I loved the female leads. I was able to identify with their emotions. That's rare for a woman watching a crime procedural!
As the show progressed, I found that the side characters took away from the show. Angela Rizzoli is one of the most irritating characters I have ever watched on TV.

As an avid Office, Parks and Recreation, and Brooklyn 99 fan, I was excited to watch this. Unfortunately, I found it completely unwatchable. I turned it off halfway through the 4th episode. The acting was forced and the storyline was simply uninteresting.
