The film was a return to the classic slasher genre and in a giallo style. The death scenes were terrifying and I liked it, but that was enough. Of course, it didn't need to go overboard, but I can say I enjoyed it. Our villian character is made in a completely insane way, he puts himself in a traumatic situation, and the film also shows you a young person in a cinematic scene. Of course, the youth is about to be destroyed by a madman.
I say watch it, it's a good giallo.

Spree is a film about a new world. It deals with the wrath of the social media environment and the wrath of the publishing world, where emotions are repetitive and can be fake. The film tries to handle it in a very simple and black comedy style and the topics are simplistic, but still, the detailed explanation of nihilism and the interesting scenes maybe make Spree watchable. Of course, I didn't like it that much. Personally, it has a good plot but there are many elements that don't appreciate it, but at a certain point it relates to the modern world we live in and the new shooting concept makes it worthwhile. If you want to watch Spree, I say watch it, but it's up to you to decide.
The first film wasn't disturbing in my opinion, but the second film is disturbing, showing a complete madness. It deals with the conditions and isolation that drive people crazy, the isolation of Japan and internet addiction, and the subsequent process leading to nihilism. It's a series with a truly impressive theme. The Night Long 2 doesn't offer you any good things, it shows scenes of dismemberment, specific executions, and the horror of a man who finds people meaningless. Still, I say, Night Long 2 will shock you.
It tries to rid itself of the boring qualities of the first film.
