Four teenaged women were cleaning up and closing an Austin, Texas, "I Can't Believe It's Yogurt" store one December night in 1991, and one or more perpetrators snuck in the back of the shop, shot the girls in the backs of their heads, execution style, with a .380- and/or a .22-caliber handgun & killed them. Afterwards, the perpetrators set the store ablaze, burning the bodies beyond visual recognition. This awful tragedy rocked the town and the entire state of Texas, and it remains unsolved to this day (in 2025). One suspect, 16 at the time of the murders and who'd already passed lie-detector tests, would ultimately scuffle with and stab a police officer, then slit his own throat and kill himself. No other serious suspects were ever really identified and thoroughly tested, investigated and/or interrogated in the case. A frustrating incident & documentary. I rate it as 6 stars out of 10 being generous.
