I swear Batman fans are becoming as whiny as Star Wars fans! What did you want, a carbon copy of the Nolan films? We'll that would be boring. Do you want another campy Bat-nipple film, or Jim Carey running around in green tights with a question mark staff? Of course not! Come on, this has everything a Bat fan should enjoy! The score was awesome, enough action to keep it enjoyable, and we finally get to see Batman's detective side! People complaining that Riddler looks different.... Watch the animated DC Hush movie and the Riddler's character will make more sense! Sure it was a long movie, but you didn't know that going into it?? I mean I knew it was going to be long but I actually READ information about the movie before I went. I swear I think many of the low ratings are coming from people who know absolutely nothing about any of the Batman storylines. When BvS came out People were saying "Batman and Superman aren't supposed to fight each other". Yes they do! In Frank Miller's graphic novel The Dark Knight Returns that's exactly what happens! Gah people just get over your miserable lives and enjoy it for what it is....it's frickin Batman! Okay rant over.
The show has promise but the pranks are not executed very well in my opinion. A good pranks needs time to build and fester, and I feel they break the news to the "victim" way too soon after the prank happens. Almost immediately they'll tell the person "you just walked the prank!" I'm left thinking "wait, that's it?"
