Based on the age old Cultural mismatch thought process in India , still with a fresh & new way of presentation, "Bang Baaja Baaraat" comes out as a pure ROMCOM entertainer. Good balance of the ROM as well as COM composition with never a dull moment this 5 episode series is a winner in all respects of tension free, don't apply logics & mind refreshing entertainment quotient. Performances of all the actors is good and Anand Tiwari has proved his mettle in this directorial venture.
Anand Tiwari is gaining more & more grip over the ROM-COM genre.... After "Bang Baja Baaraat" another fun ride by the director..... Great work by Vicky, Angira and all the supporting cast. Despite a predictable happy ending, the narration and dialogues keep us glued to the screen. Well chosen topic seems like from our own everyday life struggle. Nicely composed & quite catchy songs also add flavor to the story , specially hearing Udit Narayan's voice after a long time was a pleasant surprise and very refreshing to ears. Romantic movies normally bore me but this ROMCOM was a truly a wonderful experience. Looking forward for more amazing work by AT. Apart from Anand Tiwari and the star cast , thank you Ronnie Screwvala & Netflix for this entertainer. Discussing the story line would be a spoiler for all, would recommend all to watch it yourself.... & remember "Ishq mei bajti hai ghanti , Shaadi mei bajta hai band"
