The film was predictable from beginning to end. The characters were wooden and acting was shallow. The minor positive thing I can say is the leads did share chemistry but that did not save the film. The film will be enjoyed by those who are into college romantic dramas with countless cliches. I tried to watch it all but even me who is enjoys the occasional cheese fest of a movie failed to even finish the movie. I do not recommend.
I liked how they put together features of traditional Bollywood films and a modern sensitive topic that remains a taboo across India. Definitely a brave attempt from the cast and crew. The climax was however very typical and predictable. I hoped for a more realistic climax. It seemed very rushed although the movie wasn't that long compared to a lot of Bollywood films. However the acting was great from its cast. The film was quite heartwarming and inspiring. It definitely send the message it intended to. The romantic arc was beautiful. The song was fantastic. Overall an interesting romantic comedy drama film.
There's many bad reviews here. The film is quite funny and enjoyable. There was never a boring moment. A great family comedy. The romance is good too. The songs are bad but the background music is good. The acting is fine. The climax could've been better but it was still entertaining.
