I'm sorry but I don't see what others are seeing in this film at all. I had to check twice if this was even a Final Destination Movie after that beginning scene. I thought the beginning scene was useless and took away from the film. It looked like a Spyglass ad or something. As someone else's stated could the main character be any more bland. She was basic and emotionless. The plot is the same basically to me as all the others. The violence felt cartoonish a long with the CGI. I mean the blood would of looked more real using Ketchup. I have had to pause the movie several times and this is from a horror fan. I just don't see it. I appreciate the effort but as expected knew the good reviews were too good to be true. D-
I can't really add too much that others haven't already stated. It was super slow and only thing horrific is the acting. My goodness the scenes at the school were basically all cringe. The girl's life really isn't interesting at all. It just all feels contrived. I don't care for the characters so how am I suppose to relate or care if anything happened to them. Let's see Phillipe looks out of place and in their for a paycheck. There isn't an oz of credibility. The films pace is off and has no humor or anything to balance. Other than what feels like filler. I just watched the worst cell phone scene as we speak. It literally looked like she just threw the phone instead of a natural reaction. D- for this guy as well.
