Within these walls of this Honour production are some of the worst actors in British Film & TV, ESPECIALLY Alexa Davies - who I thought had finished her career in 'Whitehorse Farm' (TV mini-series about murdered Jeremy Bamber) due to atrocious acting, turns up here in one of the main parts, and Keeley Hawes who plays the DCI is just as bad, the rest just blend into its awfulness and unprofessionalism. Plus more - it included at least 2 actors from recent TV true-crime programmes making it look like a mosh-put of the lot and whoever flys out first gets the job in this.
Its written badly aswell, and all this together made a very important subject so bland and unappealing. The only good thing about it is that it shows up the incompetent of the English police force, well and truly.
I love reconstruction of true crime so that's right up my street and with a big score straight away, every single actor in this was superb, the combination of Cranham and Spall as old boys was genius. BASIL couldn't have been more perfect and The security guard who was called out to Hatton Garden that night is a new and fine actor too.
I'm glad it came out eventually after the two year delay. Must be watched more than once, well that's in my opinion anyway 😁.
