The first three parts of the series were good, worthy
8 /10, but the fourth part is terrible. Bad acting, terrible stories and script.
The series should focus on Shawn's story and his ability to diagnose diseases, and this is the reason for the series. Sean has become a secondary character, immersed in love with Leah and with problems and conflicts, and the series focuses on the rest of the doctors who diagnose and solve every medical problem more than Sean himself. Until it appeared in some episodes that doctors are reliable in diagnosing any disease, but Sean did not get that confidence he deserves as a good doctor.

A very bad film Trivial comedy and characters not suitable for roles. The hero is a trifle and not funny and the sound engineering is very bad Speech is incomprehensible
