Not only do they not know Greek history, they butcher it for an effing payday, because cowards will always be cowards. Forget these stupid people that make stuff up. Greeks are proud people, dominated throughout history by non Greeks. They -never- got their own again after the Athen's led legion failed. Their infighting is why they were never a power in the ancient times.

Athens was a body to be reckoned with, so long as you went through the Aegaen Sea (sp). Otherwise they got their stuff whooped..badly. (pre-Roman interference).

I had to heavily modify this post because I don't pay to have their stuff sucked. Because this site is ran by a bunch of gay cowards.

I'm confused on what people expected "Black Adam" to be, considering most never knew about the character.

This was a fun movie that did the character justice in a way that normally would be a dark, somber story with lots of flashy deaths. Kudos to the cast for helping bring this to life.

I felt everything went well, except for the fact that ANY of them stood toe-to-toe with Black Adam. Shazam is a piece of the power, while Black Adam is its entirety, just to give reference to how powerful he is. He is also magically based, thus a weakness of Superman's.

This was a fun movie. I want more. It's a shame that people at WB wanted to ruin the Snyderverse simply "because", and the reboot from Gunn and Co is the same. I really wanted to see THIS version of Shazam, Superman, and Black Adam have a go. Now THAT would have been fun to watch!

This movie is amazing and its soundtrack is off the charts. Everything about this screams "SOURCE". While a lot was changed, it is very faithful to its source material. An A+ movie that deserves a watch.

As said, watch the original version and not the Director's Cut; that has the comic, which should be omitted. The kid reading them is cool, but having the excess baggage of another storyline is stupid and too much.

But, overall, from the opening scene to the funeral to the main focus led by the best character? This movie is something worth seeing. I'm prolonging this review because they tell me I need to meed a certain amount of characters...so, yeah. Watch this. It's good.
