First of all, credit to the makers to dream of pulling off such a product within the limited budget. But the overall experience falls short of expectations.
Teja Sajja fits the bill, with no heavy duty acting required, Manchu Manoj brings in his unique mannerism and did well, although the character arc was predictable, Shriya looked tired on screen, lacking the divinity, rest of the cast just okayish, but the dubbing felt out of sync.
Technically, movie is solid, cinematography by Karthik is superb, once again proves his mettle as one of the DOPs from TFI, score by Gowra Hari is thumping and riveting, keeping the proceedings alive, editing by Sreekar Prasad could have been better, production values by PMF are very good and last but not least, the VFX department deserves good round of applause.
Coming to director Karthik Gattamaneni, though the script has got all the beats of a superhero movie, the staging and setup doesn't look organic and engaging, though the action blocks are well choreographed, the lead up doesn't induce any emotion. Also, the unnecessary comedic gags should have been avoided. First feels better compared to second half, in the latter the pace dips, only to pick up at the climax, which is, even though predictable, leaves a good impression. Overall, it's a decent one time watch.
BOTTOMLINE: What the hell was that post-credit scene? Totally unnecessary.

YRF spyverse follow a set of tropes, and when done right, they hit the right notes or else, fail miserably, WAR 2 is yet another misfire after Tiger 3
Hrithik tries to carry this film as much as possible, but not a single scene, moment or action stands out, NTR looks like a misfit in this role, it required certain eccentricity but sadly looked goofy on screen, Kiara has got absolutely nothing to do.
Technically, cinematography by Benjamin Jasper is okay, editing by Aarif could have been better, especially second half, action choreography was subpar, especially NTR's intro fight, VFX was shoddy.
Coming to Ayan Mukerji, movies of this kind require slick and stylish taking, which he lacked, though the core emotion was generic but fine, that was completely lost on screen. And he completely looked clueless in presenting NTR, mass is not his forte and hence roping him in as the director was a bad choice, Siddharth Anand would delivered a 10 times better product.
BOTTOMLINE: STOP THIS YRF SPYVERSE FOR GOOD SAKE.

I'm still wondering how on earth did Loki came up with a subject like this? Why Rajinikanth okayed this? And why Sun Pictures bankrolled this project?
Superstar looks so lifeless to be honest, neither his charisma is put in use nor his acting prowess is utilised, though the de-ageing portions looked fine. Nagarjuna gets a role generic role, which lacks any style or substance, why was he casted for this role? Shoubin acted well, but his writing was devoid of any depth, Shruti was okay, Sathyaraj was wasted, Upendra sidelined and Aamir role felt like an Instagram reel.
Technically the movie looks so basic, a huge letdown, as Loki movies are Technically solid, cinematography by Girish Gangadharan was decent, editing by Philomin Raj was bad, the length gets on to your nerves, action choreography by Anbariv was not upto the mark, Anirudh work was comparatively better than others, art work by Sathees lacked finesse, production values by Sun Pictures was average.
Coming to Lokesh Kanagaraj, don't know what has hit him, the screenplay just never picks up any pace at any point, unexpected from him who relies on racy narration. There's hardly any emotional connect, and biggest disappointment was lack of superb action setpieces. Overall, this isn't just his weakest work, but it feels like he didn't work at all.
BOTTOMLINE: DON'T WANNA DRAG ANYMORE, IT'S UPTO YOU.
