  • Nobody Needs This

This show feels like a full blown propaganda campaign that is shallow, full of stereotypes, overused lines and predictable moments even for the target audience. It probably should've been a typical "trying to be witty, funny and inclusive, only if we weren't living in the world we live in right now" Netflix film instead. Casting Adam Brody was a smart move, I'll give them that, the on-screen chemistry the two have is on point, but not enough to make this whole project worth watching.

The only thing harder to watch are all these raving reviews that I respect but don't understand and for that I'm thankful.

  • My favourite Turkish series

This series is different from the rest that we're used to. It presents so many different aspects of life - social status, love life, family life...in a serious and real way. I would say that it's more real than any other. The cast is amazing, as well as their acting, that made me cry so many times, but also laugh. Definitely recommend it, since I've watched it three times and every time I was blown away by how good it is and how many emotions it unravels in me. If you're thinking that it's just another Turkish drama, you're so wrong. Please give it a chance!

  • Aesthetically Pleasing...

As someone who loves Italy, Italian culture, speaks the language and always watches movies like this, I kind of expected more from it. It was indeed aesthetically pleasing, but the action was missing. I felt like the actors could've done it a bit better and the story could've had more added to it. But the shots of beautiful Tuscany and the house were more than enough for me. The relationship between father and son was not as much developed as I thought it would be, but it did make me cry in the end, with a nice conclusion. All in all, heartwarming and pleasant comedy/drama that you will enjoy, especially if you're dreaming of visiting or living in Tuscany!
