I don't get why this movie is rated so low here. And for all of those saying that it's formulaic or predictable who cares? Sometimes it really doesn't matter and sometimes we need a little of that in movies. The bigger questions are did it make you laugh? Did it make you cry? Did it uplift you? Were you surprised at any point? I went through all of these emotions in this. There were so many funny parts I laughed until I cried. But there were a couple of sad parts also and a few surprises. But I loved the part where Derek tries to motivate everybody including himself to once again go after their dreams and even though it goes south for a time he picks himself back up. I loved Billy Crystal's performance in this movie as well as Julie Andrews. All of the actors were great. I'm a big Dwayne Johnson fan and I've seen most all of his movies if not all and this one is definitely way up at the top of my list for great movies of his, as far as I'm concerned.
