  • A film that feels like a short story.

When I began watching this movie, I didn't know that this was an adaption of the short story The Last Leaf by O. Henry. I haven't read the short story, but while watching the movie I felt that novel kind of effect, can't explain why but that is my favourite part of this movie. Speaking about favourite parts, another thing I liked about the movie is it's writing, I liked that the relationship between the two characters blossoms without saying much, as in they don't speak much and even when they speak it's vague, vintage or maybe I liked it because I am what they call an "old soul." And my last but not least favourite part of this movie is the music. I don't technically know much about music, but I felt the music was apt for the movie and elevated the scene in a couple of places.

Now that I am done with my favourite parts, I will delve into the not-so favourite parts of the movies. The first being the snow and the background, I don't know if this is just me or my laptop issue I felt that some parts of the movie were shot on a greenscreen and it's not executed well. Having said that this might have been a budget issue but I can only talk about what I see on the screen. Other than that, I certainly felt this movie could've been a little shorter or tighter but I guess this is more the result of me slowly losing patience becuase of the social media addiction.

Have a great movie watching experience you-all.
