If it wasn't for such good acting by a formidable cast I probably would've scored this show less than I did The story is such a very slow burner and to be honest is not that interesting although I do love the music that is prevalent in the show as a child of the 70s . Am now watching season 2 and it is progressing still at a slow pace. The one thing I find super annoying is the director's obsession with waves and rocks! It is not artistic just exceptionally annoying as he does it frequently for no apparent reason. If you like a mediocre soap then this is for you.

I can not believe they paid for this series or were they paid to produce this comical show?

I have no idea what the point of the show was as it certainly wasn't a cooking show as there is very little cooking involved the kids party was horrific cream cheese on a piece of bread with chunks of cucumber , peanut butter and jelly cut in shapes .Netflix fool me once shame on you you won't fool me twice even if you paid me to watch.

Not what I was expecting sadly as it was listed as a psychological thriller and that couldn't be any further than what it is. An over controlling mother a girlfriend who wants to better her position a son who is a pathetic tosser are the main characters. I found a lot of the scenes very cringy both between mother son and son girlfriends interactions. Personally the son is a bit of a wet wipe and why the girlfriend would be interested in him is baffling to me regardless of his family's wealth etc. Will continue to see if it improves but not holding my breath.
