I have the DVD set and still watch this TV show regularly. I actually just finished a few episodes. And the first two seasons are great!
It's about a lowlife who saw the light and decided to go back and make things right for all the people he wronged.
The first two seasons were great! But the third and fourth seasons were lazy and uninspired. It's like they just ran out of good ideas.
If you haven't watched it before, give it a watch. But stick with the first two seasons.

I just finished watching episode 7 for the 2nd time and it's been a pretty good series so far. And I really wasn't expecting it after that New Blood dumpster fire. But I'm enjoying it. There are some areas that are unrealistic. But I'm overlooking them for the time being. Like the police detective who can't do her job without loud music playing in her headphones. And Prater who supposedly has people everywhere in law enforcement from the local level to the FBI. But still doesn't know who Dexter is, even though he drives a uCar registered in his own name. We know this because he showed us his driver's license after he got it. Or, maybe he knows and is just holding it back as a secret. Who knows? But I do get the feeling that Prater is the NY Ripper. He's a little guy. So he would need the long reach of the ripper tool. And the killer is still around, since he still calls the victims' families. That would be my guess. The other theories I see posted here and there don't really fit. Anyway, good series so far. Hopefully they don't mess it up with the final episode, like with, well, you know.
This movie was so boring. It's only an hour and a half long. But it dragged on and on and on and felt like three to four hours.
About the first two minutes of it when they were arriving in the new neighborhood, I thought it was going to get interesting. But it never did.
The writing was bad and the acting was bad also. It was never scary. None of the 'scary things' they did in it were actually scary. They were just boring.
Even the ending scene was boring. It made me feel cheated. Because I actually bought the DVD of this. That's nine dollars and an hour and a half of my life that I'll never get back.
Take my advice and don't waste your time on this one!
