  • Could have been a Classic

If the film wasn't so schizophrenic it could have been classic Western film. At times it's a comedy, at times an extremely violent film, and finally a character study of two totally opposite people forced by circumstances to become heroes. Overlong with inspired cinematography (the last 10 minutes is a lesson in how to film a chase scene. Starts out as a is it real or is it all legend story by a befuddled Tonto. The writers threw in everything but the kitchen sink without creating a single compelling narrative. Several judicious edits could have created a much more coherent story with less comedy and more action and story. (Director's Cut anyone.)

  • Good Fun Though flawed

After the serious and harder hitting emotionally charged previous episodes it was nice to have a more 'fun' episode in which the many sub characters get to show their comedy chops. There were many LOL moments. I loved that the music echoed the 'Unsolved Mysteries' theme during the 'flashback' sequences. I never liked Hodges know it all attitude and the cast has great moments in calling him out. It spoofs CSI and all the other mystery TV shows quite well.

  • An insult to Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In

Why does Netfix think cursing is comedy? This is an insult to all the creative talent that originated the original 60's series. They werre funny political and on topic without a single cuss world. Cursing for laughs is the lowest form of humour.
