Coming to the cast - everyone was decent be it the Father, Mother, Lamar, Sufiyan. Everyone has done a good job justifying their roles.
As the character - Sameer played by Hamza Haq. Like overall look & feel of the series. He appears like strictly ornamental.
Razan - was totally expressionless throughout the series with that straight face, couldn't pull off with the comic part or either be it a serious conversations.
Coming to the story part - it is kinda of lighthearted, but was expecting some more gags and comic punch line. Since the concept was a mix culture about Saudi and Pakistani's culture it could have been a better one, like how the differences could be. And adding more to Sameer's part in how he could impress their Saudi mentality family - could have been a fun one.
Overall - a good attempt with this new concept.

Not sure, in why people had high expectations from the movie. I've gone through the reviews where many of them mentioned that they needed clarifications to understand.
As people - needed much explanation for each and every role they have portrayed.
C'mon now we have seen couple of RAW agents movies and know the motive for it. The director did come to the main point and purpose of the plot.
For me the movie was a top notch, the direction, screenplay. Kept me engaged throughout the movie.
Tabu was just fabulous and fantastic in her role.
Ali Fazal - was also good.
This spy thriller movie was too good.
