It's loved it. Like many Christmas movies It's predictable and a little corny, but I love it anyway. I also like that it's not the typical we fell in love in the town Xmas vibe. I'd watch it again.
Update,
After Episode 2 I'm less annoyed and enjoying more!!
Will update after I finish the series and give my star rating.
I just started watching volume 4 and I love Dear White People and I love some of the 90's songs on volume 4, but am I the only annoyed by them bursting out in song, like a musical? I'm only on episode 2 and I'm annoyed!

If you are looking for the typical Hollywood movie with a typical neat Hollywood ending, then this is not the movie for you. This movie is beautifully shot, the actors are excellent, and the story is steeped in real life of part of black experience in America. You can do right and still have your life turned upside down by an unjust system. The end left me wanting to know more.
