Just another "monster" v humans where the humans are picked off one by one, only in this case the BLOOD and GUTS and VIOLENCE is ANYTHING BUT COMEDY, unless you're into that kind of thing, which reading some of the better reviews, I say there is an audience (a very SICK) audiance for this kind of graphic garbage... not ONE item, plot, character or anything was worth the time it took to hit the FAST FORWARD button!
The best 3 stars I could give this is watching the FIRST episode, then the LAST episode - which just re-hashes the entire story. Of COURSE there has to be an "alphabet" character - for no other reason then to "check a box"
Didn't see exactly when the movie was set - but there is NO WAY this type of abuse would not be out there IMMEDIATELY - cell phone, tick-talk - whatever, plus doesn't this gal EVER watch Law and Order SVU?
Too dated, too unreal and way TOO long if you sat through the entire thing.
First 15 minutes, the the last 10 minutes and you have the ENTIRE show - then you can go OUTSIDE and take some tennis lessons, or Pickle Ball whatever THAT is!

I knew about this resturant after watching CBS Sunday morning, so I was very interested in the back story, which was EXCELLENT in the movie! If I lived in NY, I would definitely make a reservation!! I swear I could smell those great dishes through my television!
Italian families, especially when it comes to FOOD and Nanas' cooking really made me miss my mother! She was a WONDERFUL cook and LOVED serving her chopped liver, chicken soup and all the rest to our family when we went to NY for a visit.
My 3 daughters have carried her recipes into their homes today - for their husbands and 2 kids (each) Knowing this is a REAL story made it all that more entertaining - LOTS of FOOD and LOTS of LOVE coming from that kitchen.
