Really sad to see this show go from such incredible top level quality to this utter garbage. So many characters deserved better than they got. Poor execution and the worst way to end what could've gone down as one of the greatest shows ever.

That was the first sentimental character progression we had from the cast on sunny. It's a brave step and I feel a lot of people just won't get it the way frank does. The episode felt like it was lining up to typical sunny style with a chaotic ending but it didn't and I'm not disappointed where it went. That last scene was so incredibly choreographed and heart wrenching.

I always think it's courageous when they try new things with the show especially when this episode (like the previous two) will seem like it's catered for particular groups of people. These types of eps will always receive backlash from those who oppose these things eg gay pride, sports teams.

Anyway, I wouldn't let the negative reviews deter me but I guess it all depends on how open minded you are at the end of the day.
