Oh dear. If you have not watched the original mini series from 1979 then please do. It's the definitive adaption of the Stephen King novel. This version is like a made for TV version minus any sense of suspense or elements of horror. Large chunks of the original story have been missed out. No real character building or attempt to involve you in the story line. Some of the script is unintentionally funny and so cliche. As much as I love this type of genre.this was a film i was really looking forward to seeing after many delayed release date. Now I know why.please do yourself a massive favour and just watch the original mini series. It is everything this is not. I enjoy. Scary. Suspenseful. Engaging. Thrilling.
Yet another rubbish paranormal show. The usual suspects, so called medium or psychic, unexplained noise, shadows, jumping to conclusions with no real evidence. Hilarious, but unintentionally so. Oh. To Bobby the reviewer who gave this a 9/10.you are either connected to the show in some way or are really gullible. Emf meters are for use in engineering and there is no proof whatsoever that they detect the presence of so called ghosts. It is all pseudo science.buy the sheer amount of paranormal shows that all seem to detect some prescence or anomaly, it would appear there is life after death and we have nothing to worry about in life!
