I's Brilliant film. It was probably the best piece of cinema i have ever seen. The cinematography is amazing with wide pan shots with no cut and dissolves from scene to scene so slow you swear there is something lurking in between in the dissolves. And the hotel lay out with brilliant tricks to fall the mind and just build tension just following someone on a tricycle.
Kubrick creates and sustains a sense of dread and suspense throughout the entire film with the use of innovative camera techniques and incredibly unnerving music.
Highly recommended.

It's always a challenge to scare audience in the broad sunshine. Fredkin does it! And he does it marvellously! The creepy makeup, the horrifying actions of the daughter, the long moments of silence and the cinematography, are a few features to name when it comes to this Must-watch masterpiece horror film. A classic that will scare the crap out of you every time. It invokes a sense of unease in you as you watch
'Raat' reeks atmosphere and is intense at several places. Revathi is brilliant and truly convincing in her efforts. This is one of the best horror movies and the milestone of Indian Cinema.
Overall, this film will make you shiver for sure, the performances are very memorable.
