Of course anything with Anthony Hopkins in it will be worth watching! But actually the kid, played by Anton Yelchin was a fine performance too. I may be biased because I have a soft spot for period movies from the 60s, as I experienced that era at ages 7-16. I'm also a fan of David Morse, and the ending found me in tears. I won't elaborate and spoil it for others, who haven't seen it yet. I'm going to watch it again!
Alfred Hitchcock makes his customary quick cameo at 38:52-38:55 at the Empire Hotel lobby in New York City. He's exiting an elevator, smoking a cigarette.
The French are CHAIN SMOKERS! L0L. Seriously, it was a decent film that brought me back to the early 60s when I was a child. I enjoyed reading the IMDB Trivia, because I know a little French and some of the subtitles translation didn't match what I heard.
