I kept waiting for something ANYTHING interesting to happen in this slow walking piece of cinematic dreck. Alas Nothing. Oh wait the heroine gets slapped three times! Not nearly enough for participating in this god awful mess of a film. Someone needs to shred everyones SAG card involved in this. Please don't waste your time here - I only wish I could have mine back. Life is far too short
Another droll melodrama with an huge yet wasted budget - like "A Quiet Place" but with dialouge. Seriously can't Netflix come up with more realistic scripts? My recommendation is, if you truly enjoyed this waste of time and talent - PLEASE take on one of the many Birdhouse Challenges, preferablly one of the dangerous ones, like playing in traffic or driving home on the freeway. You will be intellectualy challenged and the world will be much better off without you.
After the first 40 minutes of art breaks, vauge plot revelations and gratuitous semi violence I was ready to pack this heap in. The acting if it can be called that, was trite and ham handed at best and willfully stupid at worst.
The villan filmed in Black and white cameo was the most thinly scripted ghoul yet. Please don't waste your time on this dreck you may want to kill yourself before the end - much like the cast and producers should have done early on.
