Where did they spent the 67M budget? That's still to find out... No plot, characters are almost not developed at all and acting is pretty bad in general. Now I get it why the Studio kept it in the draw and kept postponing it's date of releasement, until deciding to not release it in theaters worldwide. I finally saw it today, in 2024 and my God it's bad. I would say that only Anya Taylor-Joy is worth watching here and has some kind of an interesting character. Even Alice Braga is pretty bad on this one. Forget any connection with X-Men cause this is so poorly made, that it could of been anyother cinematic universe and you wouldn't even know. Probably every single person on this movie just wants to forget they even took part on this. Marvel fans will want to watch it (I did), but will regret it. PS. That Kentucky accent was something terrible.
I'm writing this review cause I've seen so many here just trashing the movie and I find those critics very harsh.
Just saw it and despite having some scenes that might not be understood why or how they did what they did, still find a very entertaining movie, like Netflix usually delivers.
Is it an Oscar movie? Of course not. But still very worth to watch in my opinion.
