As a hardcore Devil May Cry Fan i had a lot of fun watching this show.
The World building is really neat and consistent.
Dante is great as always.
The plot is really engaging and action packed.
The White rabbit is one of the best DMC villains in the entire franchise
There are some few rough spots here and there but overall it's an enjoyable ride. Like for example, Lady swears a lot and it feels really out of place, Its typical Adi Shankar stuff but it's not a deal breaker. Some dialogues might be corny from time to time
the Animation itself is alright. From the scale of "Invincible" to "Arcane" I'll give it a 8/10 some CGI shots look weird. But the 2D fights look awesome as hell.

I enjoyed this movie alot but personally there was alot of issues that bothered me in the script
1- the ending. I know it was meant to be symbolic and surreal, but that swift change was not a good conclusion for the film. The ending was extremely unimpactful and ineffective.
2- Elizabeth. The character of Elizabeth was really rushed into conclusion. We didn't get to know anything about her personality at all. She was really dull as a character and i didn't feel bad for her in the entire movie. The premise of "Sue" was really awesome, but Elizabeth was just boring
3- alot of stuff in the movie don't make any sense. I get that it's sci-fi fantasy, but given the established lore and rules of the world, it was still pretty inconsistent. What im trying to say is that "the movie wasn't immersive" at all. To me it was just a porrly written Black Mirror episode
4- alot of stuff was really "on the nose" and it was trying really hard to guide the audience towards the message. There was no language of subtlety.

I am blown away. I had to rewatch it literally after i finished it. This episode had 4 seasons amount of lore packed into it. Everything from top to bottom was perfection. The dialogues, the visuals, the canon.... im just gonna say it, this is one of the best episode in the whole show... at least in the top three. Everything just lined up with eachother. Im not going to spoil anything but... this is the conclusion you've been waiting for
what's more interesting is the new direction the show will take after this episode. What will Rick do now? What will his life be like? It feels like the Canon of the show just started. And I can't wait for more.
