Lots of talking and quippy dialogue. Heavy CGI use and a cool antagonist.
If you came to see action. Ensure you have enough snacks to get through the dialogue. I could not hear it well in the normal cinema. So I focussed more on the small comedic moments and the two major action scenes. That's right! TWO action scenes.
The CGI in Marvel movies is either done really well or noticeable. Here it is noticeable and too obvious to make the scenes more believeable. It kind of ruined the immersion and took away from what was happening.
Galactus was the best part of this movie in that he was cool. I have not followed the comics, so I feel that there might have been some moments which comic book fans may disagree with. But I was only just satisfied with the events that unfolded. Anything less and I would have given it a lower score.
Side notes:
I almost forgot about the little robot! He was cool with more personality than most of the main characters!
Oh! The post credit scene was cool. I think fans liked this alot!
The actor that played Moleman needs a bigger role. He was interesting.
I thought Mr Stretch was stretchier than that...
My take:
Not really worth seeing in the cinema. Wait for the small screen.
