The first 2 seasons was magically addictive and engrossing, we saw a a world full of mystery and a place to explore, each episode left you with more intrigued about where Arisu and Usagi where and what was actually happening. It was one of my favourite experiences to binge watch over Christmas in 2023. The story, the characters you felt something, the scenery was amazing.
Fast forward to season 3, and I have to ask....what was they thinking? Probably wrote via chatgtp because this was such a dissapointment. Not a spoiler but it was basically a rehash of squidgame season 3 right down to the ending, they devalued Usagis character with a questionable storyline which made people dislike the way she went about things and you felt sorry for Arisu for the wrong reasons.
It lacked any of the elements that made it special in the first place and its a shake as I and many was looking forward to this for a long time to finish it feeling disappointed. I don't think theyll renew it or make a season 4 unless just like the squid game they make a hollywood'ised version.
The fella who plays Arisu has matured as an actor, doesnt over act as much as he did and had a solid performance
All in all ive downgraded my overall rating to a 6 because I probably wouldnt watch it again, had season 3 been good, id of rewatched it all in a few years time.

I'm not associated with the show or a stan giving it a high rating haha.
I liked the episode, I thought it was well set up, my only disappointment is Seong Gi-hun didn't mention his daughter once and originally, throughout most of season 1, that is why you was rooting for him to survive, he seems to have completely disregarded her existence, maybe to keep covert I don't know.
I liked the interaction with the salesman, you get abit more of an insight to who he is, but I feel he could have been used more, that said, I'm only onto episode 2, but definitely enjoying it as much as the last season although it's very different at the moment.
