The original property of Kim Possible is sacred to most, due to its passion behind it. It's writing was enjoyable to both kids and adults alike. This only caters to the kids. It's very uninspired due to it being live action, which makes things that can happen only in animation, either not happen, or not look decent at all.
In the original, Kim 'Possible' meant she could step up to the plate when danger came, even if it was stronger than herself. In this version, all she does is do flips, and when someone else can do a better midair tumble roll than her, she has a meltdown about it. That's immature and sends a dangerous message of egotism which really rubbed me the wrong way when that sub-message came about, before they hamfisted the message of friendship soon after. The writing is poor, and the plot is extremely safe for any toddler to follow. Yet for people who grew up with Kim Possible, and still revisits today to find enjoyment, this really tarnished the property. Show your kid the original animated series if you haven't, and save this for another day if you're extremely bored.
