Initially, this series was not on my radar at all. Then i saw an interview with the lead (i hated "Lost", so i dont remember him at all from there.. all i can remember seeing him in is one of the "Mission Impossible" movies, i then saw that it was on Max, which i do subscribe to.
First i came here to see what other people said, and saw the gigantic split, which really peaked my curiosity. So i thought why not, and fired up the first episode.
Its definitely modern Hollywood drek. Superwoman has to deal with all the horrible misogyny (which is delivered exclusively by white men, although in this show it is packaged in a way that makes it logical), and any adversity she faces is resolved to her benefit, usually in the next scene.
The series seems to focus around a courier, so there is lots of car stuff. Interesting at first, but very quickly gets "in the way" rather than enhancing a scene.
The acting is fine, i have no complaints (though this is strictly based on the first episode, i wouldn't watch more even if someone paid me). Especially Keith David, which i have always loved as an actor.
To sum it up, i find it one small step removed from completely unwatchable.
