A movie about deep friendship going to intimate love romance in a very realistic, also poetic narrative Somewhat an answer to Clement's movie (Purple Moon), with Delon and Ronet, this time showing feelings of affection and intimacy while presedent story based on Patricia Highsmith's novel, shows jealousy and envy.

Anyway the sea, the sailing.boat, the sudden change of weather is a similar background, this time showing the superb Normandy's fishing little coastal city in the Ozon's story.

Very impressive photography and acting of the two in that "damned love" story ptotagonists.

Nothing good in ambiguous relationships.

In the course of life, sentimental "passages" from one person to another form the personal l of finding a nice relationship to last for good. Here you find only disappointment both for gay people or straight, as nothing good happens except sex.

A very good cinematic view in a particular love condition leading to an impass cause the opposite decision - dislike of the involved woman. So, a tough demonstration for both protagonists and their viewers on screen.

All actors especially Exarchopoulos. Played persuadivly the difficult characters in this romance of love and disappointment in the city of artiststs and lost illusions, Paris!

Spherical Chile's portraiyng, seems interesting as political background forms a surrounding anxiety, comparing to the calm and well living at the beautiful beach house. Photography portrays a far away country's aspects close to ocean's waves. All the country-side seems interesting. As for the part of political climat at that time, it goes exploring an internal angoisse, contrary to the calm of the house and it's inhabitants. Violence is present and makes a remarquable contrast of the well arranged, easy life of the protagonist life.

I enjoyed that movie cause of it's calm atmosphere besides the bad things wich are occuring at the time of raising dictatureship against president Alliente. Also it makes a good notion of Chile's outside Sangiago capital, nice regions by the sea. Also the music background is excellent as it contributes to the general atmosphere of angoisse besides the calm.
