  • $300 Million + , multi-Disney movie Remake

Interesting that the recommendations along with this movie are: Aliens, Alien Resurrection, Lord of the Rings: Return of the King, Transformers (Cartoon), and Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. Those movies have so much more depth, story, and character that Avatar could only dream of. Look folks, watch Fern Gully the Last Rainforrest and safe yourself an hour and a half. This is Exactly the same thing. Cameron spent $300 Million dollars or more on the technology of the film and $20 (the price for buying or renting Fern Gully and Pocohantas) on the story. Thank God this didn't win Best Picture. The effects are amazing, but thats it.

  • A lot of Morons on IMDb

Only simpletons and ultra sensitive types are giving this movie bad reviews. I am embarrassed to be apart of the same network as these morons. These are probably the same people that loved Avatard or G.I. Shmoe, or Transgenders 2: Revenge of the Michael Bay. If you don't get a movie, or don't understand what the message is, keep your damn mouth shut. You obviously don't have the brains for this type of movie.

I don't need to provide a synopsis or give a specific review on "The Hurt Locker." But, I do suggest you keep your brain on while you watch the movie and realize the movie isn't a documentation of a specific event or unit or person. It is a representation of the bigger picture. Everything is symbolic, not specific.

  • Perfect Blend of Comedy, Drama, Samurai Action and more...

I must agree with another review of this movie in that it is one of the best Samurai Films in America. I consider myself now a long time veteran of Samurai movies, and I own more than thirty of this genre. Red Lion has a perfect blend of quick-witted comedy, physical comedy, heart-wrenching drama, and in your face action. I have not seen a samurai movie yet to have such great humor and yet leave room to tear up at the end. This movie is not just for lovers of Samurai films, it is for everyone. There is a lot of violence and I don't recommend it as a family movie but if you love film, DO NOT MISS THIS MOVIE. You will laugh, you will cry, you will be at the edge of your seat, and you will be cheering "It's Alright! It's Alright! Forget it!"
