Why not just say that the lead male was an Aussi?
I can understand the American not knowing the difference between kiwi sayings and Aussi ones but it doesn't make sense that the kiwis don't.
Maybe the kiwi actors didn't want to rock the boat but I feel like someone should have said "we wouldn't do/say that"

Greys Anatomy is fantastic because of its characters! The characters are wonderfully human (both good & bad and all the bits in the middle). I like that we get to see their lives outside of the hospital as it makes them three dimensional as characters.
The patients in Greys Anatomy are always great. I don't know if their illness's are exactly as they are in the medical books, but I figure if you want to see real-life then go work in a hospital.
If I had to take a poll on Greys Anatomy or House then I would be split because they are both excellent shows in different ways. House is Hugh Lawrie and he is House - whereas Greys Anatomy has a lot more characters to play with.

I always see this movie in those lists, you know the ones "Top 10 movies ever". For the life of me I can not understand why so many people think this movie is fantastic.
My friend was studying this movie for her Bachelors degree and I agreed to sit down and watch it with her so that she had another opinion. It is now the standard by which my friends and I rate movies. Instead of 1 to 10 it is now "Citizen Kane" to "Lord of the Rings".
I suspect that some people who claim to like this movie do so because they want to appear intelligent for understanding the importance of Rosebud.
