A pretty good film, although the plot is somewhat thin, all up until the last few minutes which just insists on spelling out the lesson of the film in case the viewers were too dumb to grasp it before that. Would have got a 6 if it wasn't for that whole ball of sugary shove in the end. Good caste. Not so good a writing and the director should be dipped in sugar for a week for the failure to have the sense to cut the film when the story was finished.
Pretty much - ridiculous action sequences, silly plot and a woman spy that has close to super-human combat skills.
Entertaining, and it does got two things right: The enemy is Russian and the CIA is lead by idiots. Can't really call it a great film, but it's ok. Kate Beckinsale plays the role well.
