A very poorly written script, with very unrealistic characters and even more unrealistic situations and horrible CGI-I assume someone lost their job. It falls flat on every level, the story drags and plays like a TV movie.

The draw for this is the amount of recognizable actors in this, as that's the only reason to watch this-Russel steals every scene he is in; and the est of the cadt in general are fine but the lack of good writing makes it difficult to enjoy. Its as if these are teenagers talking, inexperienced ones not adults. Its painful to watch.

Not to mention another remake, and the accent that Kenneth is putting on are both extremely distracting. Aside from that the rest of the casts' acting becomes unbelievable when they have dramatic moments in monologues-perhaps this was a director's direction it seems, and a very poorly chosen one.

In this day and age, where did the money go-the CGI is terrible, horrible. And this was not needed, once you've seen one you've seen them all-three minutes in and I stopped watching. It's not original, most of it even comes from older films/movies; and not as an homage... Frankly it's played out, there are much better horrors out there-basically everything from A23 and anyone else. This should have just been dropped and the money given to homeless and needy people instead-such a waste of finances and time. There was nothing said with this; no point; just 'look what I can make'-yeah, terribly. Sadly it's not smart, the overall video is just boring. And yes video, 'cause it's not a movie and far from a film.
