Usual corruption, kick backs and blind eyes to danger. The two truly annoying things is the camera work is so unsteady I'd check the camera man to see if he was having seizures. And as cute as girl is it's horrible to take someone from Canada and have them fake a Brooklyn accent. She was so bad 👎 . I'm from Brooklyn and yeah we sound different but not demented.

There are many great movies. There are many good movies. There are many bad movies. This movie does not fit any of these classes. This movie is in a class of its own. It's filming is a cross between South Park, bad 1970 video game and TRUMP news clips. I've seen catfood commercials that keep you in suspense better than this. This is one of the movies that if I owned TUBI I would have a warning not to watch if you valued your senses. IMDB requires that a review contains 600 words. I can't think of more that 10 words to really convey how truly this film lacks any story line, any cohesion, and most of all any sense.

There's no sense of character. They have senseless dialog, no direction and no cohesive story line. The amimation is good but not at a Pixar level. I read one review that said Russia , China and the UK were involved in this project. They look to work as well as 3 countries competing against each other in the Olympics.
