Find more on Wikipedia searching "Space Sheriff Gavan" or "Uchuu Keiji Gavan" (Japenese title). The main actor is named Kenji Ohba and has played in Kill Bill. Find picture on Google Image. The hero had a blue laser sword and a space-shift which could be transformed like a dragon. The series was a great success in France and became cult nowadays. French title was X-OR. Kids should like this hero, far better than Bioman, Spectroman, Power Rangers and others. Resume is the fight between evil forces and the guardian of peace on Earth. As the monsters are trying to enslave or destroy the human race, Space Sheriff Gavan does whatever possible to prepare defense and remove the evil plans. To help him in his missions he has a super space-shift which can become a metal dragon to get for an heroic ride, some laser beams coming from his armor and a truly fantastic laser sword to split the enemy. Before to be Space Sheriff Gavan he is a normal person who can turn into metal hero after a basic choreography with cool special effects. Just enjoy!
I just don't agree with the comment of "cosmowarriorzero". These episodes were totally boring with very slow actions and characters who are always speaking too much, it is like never ending!
Anyway, I can understand the comments and themes referred in these episodes can bring their emotional parts. But it is just too much!
Note : to see Hawk and Koori wearing that kind of helmet made with feathers is just really funny! Buck Rogers is a TV series which makes you feel nostalgia by the way the actors plays and the look (Erin Gray is particularly style). Buck Rogers is totally "vintage" today, that's why it has a cool potential.
