This shows is a very bad adaptation of the show 'The Killing' .

The original show was a gripping slow burn thriller but this one just meanders along. Konkona tries her best to salvage the show but the dull screenplay and narration negates everything .

Wish our filmmakers stopped this habit of recreating western shows verbatim and focussed more on originality .

Anurag Basu is probably stuck in the past where he believes that the audience still enjoys these ridiculously lengthy musicals when there's hardly any substance in the story. It's time for him to wake him and smell the coffee. An even better option would be for him to hang up his boots for good and save his audience from this drivel.

This was meant to be one of those feel good Christmas movies however it ends up being anything but. The movie suffers from a weak plot and poorer narration.

At no point during the entire movie is the viewer drawn in for more than a few minutes. Too many subplots and sub par editing further add to the monotony. In fact midway through, the movie almost completely stalls and one really wonders what the director was trying to convey The creators should have kept the plot simple and focused on the execution instead. Given the absolute plethora of holiday movies on almost all the streaming services , this is one movie that can be safely avoided.
