In this day and age, it is sad to see a movie like this to lack diversity. We can do better. They chose the same race and ethnicities for the main characters that they did for the book. We can do better. While the story is perfection, taken from the perfect children's book of the same name, the lack of diversity is troubling. I would have much preferred to see something like Peter being Asian of some kind, either Chinese or Indian. Even of Spanish decent would have been good but writers in Hollywood have become lazy and don't know how to diversify movies nowadays. Again, awesome story, probably an 8, but gave it an 8 since only portrays the one same race.

I actually really enjoyed Season 1. I thought the storylines were interesting and the eyewitness accounts made for good TV. I learned a lot about various UFO events, some famous and a lot lesser known. I binged the first season quickly. 7/10

The one issue in Season 1, as well as the entire series, is the poor audio of tape recordings of UFO Witnesses. You cannot make out most of the words and makes you wonder why they would not use subtitles. Baffling.

Season 2, however, is an absolute joke. They bring in the attractive female and one would think this would add an additional layer to the show. It does not. It goes way over the top and into tinfoil territory and conspiracy theory galore. Most episodes are not that interesting and find myself bored.

The other issue is that Ben believes everything. Would be good to have someone skeptical brought in since some of this stuff they talk about have been debunked by experts. I like to watch Mick West on YouTube who gives plausible explanations to some of the famous videos while Ben takes everything at face value without questioning anything. And that's usually where these kind of shows fall short.
