1. It's not funny (unless you have the intellect of a 10-year-old maybe).
2. The acting (except for the inspector) is at least average.
3. All the main characters in the movie (except for the poor inspector) are terrible persons.
There was absolutely nothing in that movie that made me smile or laught, it was rather like watching a car accident. Even in many so called trash movies there is something interesting or inspiring (or at least nudity), but here absolutely nothing. Easily one of the worst movies I've ever seen. I have no clue why it is considered a classic by some people. Maybe it was new back then in some aspects like slapstick. But that doesn't make up for other things and in the end is irrelevant from today's view in comparison to other movies.

I would have given it 10 stars, but there was one thing I didn't like. And that was that Kerr takes such a big part in it (even on the cover) whereas Harper und Longley are almost completely ommited (Longley even more than Harper). I mean Kerr of cource contributed to that team, but nowhere close to Harper and Longley. Yeah, he hit that one important shot, but so did Paxson earlier. He wasn't even in the starting line-up most of the times. Also Kukoc was a far more important player for the Bulls considering the whole season (and I'm sure Kerr would agree with me on that).
Apparantly Harper und Longley were not willing to be interviewed for this documentary. It just could have been even better with them in it.
Nevertheless I really enjoyed watching it and can recommend it to old school fans as well as to people who want to get an impression of that great era of basketball.

This movie is a great adaption of the 1958 german movie "Es geschah am hellichten Tag". I personally like it even a little better than the original.
It is exciting to watch (no as many "empty scenes" as the original) and creates a compelling atmospere. Also the ending might seem a bit strange to some viewers and differs from the original, but I liked the idea.
