  • Marathi cinema at its best

I watched 3 movies last weekend: Up in the Air, Invictus and Harishchandrachi Factory, in that order. And Harishchandrachi Factory really touched my heart. If you ask a South African, he might say Invictus. But I, for one, love Marathi movies for their humor.

HF (I cannot type Harischandrachi Factory all the time) is about how Dadasaheb Phalke, i think he is called Father of Indian cinema, made the first movie in India, "Raja Harishchandra". He must've gone through a lot while making the movie. But the portrayal of the events is damn funny. My roommate, who does not understand Marathi was literally on the floor laughing! Excellent acting, direction, attention to detail and did I mention funny? And it does teach you to follow your heart and don't care about results. Loved the way his family supports him.

Must watch for all movie fans and non movie fans too!

  • Disturbing, not very though

The most significant thing about this movie was that I had a broken sleep that night. This is just the second movie to do so, the first time being when I was probably 7 or 8, had seen a horror movie and had a nightmare. I won't be able to sleep for a month if I read the book.

American Psycho is is about this Harvard graduated multi-millionaire, who has inherited his father's business. Patrick Bateman is a guy obsessed with having the best looks, apartment, business card!, ..all the material pleasures. Just like the book the story is narrated in first person, an account of how he spends in day getting through work hours and how he is a serial killer by night. The murders are graphic and the sex scenes are brutal. The murders after the sex scenes are both. Chainsaw, axes, knives... some of the few. Brilliant performance by Bale, so many characteristics portrayed together: arrogance, obsession, passion(for murders), remorse(at the end), and so many more.

But the part part is the end. Don't wanna reveal anything about it, but you will be thinking about it for a long long time after you've seen this movie the first time. A must watch for any movie buff!

  • Can see the movie over and over just to see the smile!

A must watch movie. Such a fitting end to the trilogy. The constant action and Bourne's wits will keep you on the edge of your seat. He is always 5 steps ahead of everybody. I did not have the patience to read the last 2 books, but having seen the movies so many times has compelled me to.

Matt Damon is excellent as Jason Bourne. Julia Stiles is great just like in 10 Things I Hate About You. The soundtrack just adds to all the excitement. I'm outta words in praise of this adventure. You would have to watch the movie to understand what the summary means. If you don't you are missing one of the best movies ever made.
