When they are dancing the tango, our detective hero tells Tess he was an only child who took dance lesson to please his mother.
But, in the previous episode, he gives the wedding toast for his sister's wedding. And, in the first episode, he told Tess that one of the he became a cop was because of his brother, who was killed in action.
Same writers, too. Not a big goof, but one worth mentioning.
This not a bad series, but mu favorite Hallmark Mystery series is still Garage Sales.

This movie is now 29 years old. Where have we come, politically after all these years? We are still debating carbon emissions, still divided on gun control, still divided on values. The Dems still trash the right as out of touch, the right does the same to the left, the slogan "bring the pride back" seems eerily like "make America Great Again" So, it appears nothing has changed.
Would Shepard make a viable candidate today? He might be a little bit to progressive for many tastes. Rumsfeld? How could Sorkin have envisioned a Trumpish character, long before Trump entered the political scene? Too reactionary for many. It's the same old story.
