I didn't expect too much out of it but adored it. To begin with, it's a perfect time capsule to present Paris and life in France in 1960s - politics, fashion, educational system, relationships between parents and kids.
But it also resonates with anyone - reminded me about my adolescence- school, friends, problems, first love... And what a pleasure seeing teenagers reciting Molière, something I don't think exists these days.
Super enjoyable film!

This film is superb in every aspect of it - script, the cast, acting, decorations, camera work, everything is just perfect. Polanski is a skilful master.
I would highly recommend this movie.
I would highly recommend this movie.
This is a great movie after a pretty terrible year.
They take no hostages - whether you're left, right, greenie, an average Joe, be sure you will be mocked ruthlessly and it is a great thing.
All jokes are to the point and it is so refreshing to see a movie that doesn't take political sides.
Yeah, and don't read negative reviews, it's funny. If these people got offended/hurt, it means satire worked as intended.
