I ended up watching the whole season so far in one day - it was that good! It's really funny, but not in a in-your-face way, and there are always great music choices. The acting is phenomenal, and the plot is always intriguing and fun. The singing is actually done by the actors and actresses, as is the choreography. The dance steps are always spot on and interesting. There have been so many good plots it's hard to pick a favourite! This is a brilliant concept and i can't wait until April when the rest of the season will be aired!
Overall, it is perfect for any teenager or young adult who loves biting comedy and music. It deserves it's 10/10.

Although the film differs from the book, it is still amazing. The acting was believable and you could really see the heartbreak of the family. But, there were also some funny moments, making the movie slightly uplifting. I am a huge fan of the book, and if i had been expecting to see on the screen exactly what is in the book i would have been disappointed. However, the film has earnt the 10 stars respectively and should, in my opinion, receive an Oscar. I can tell already that the actress who plays Kate will go far in the film industry and i feel that Cameron Diaz has done herself proud, discarding her comedy label. Overall, a brilliant film with a strong message.
Although it starts of slow, you soon get wrapped up in the story and feel as if you are there. It's amazing to see the different points of view and the acting is so believable you feel as if it is all happening there and then. I have cried at films in the cinema before but this is the only film that has made me want to sob. When it finished and the credits started rolling, no one moved from their seats or said anything. We were all shocked, and when people did start to get up an leave the cinema, still no one said anything. It is the best film i have ever seen and recommend everyone sees it.
